Adding to my ability to help borrowers and private lenders and agents become successful is my prior 15 years as a corporate business systems analyst and product developer. I hold a BS & MS in engineering and economics from UCLA. I am also a graduate of UCLA’s Personal Financial Planning Program. I was founder and past President of The CPA Club of Los Angeles - South Bay.
Additionally, along the way, I hosted a bi-weekly television program, The Real Estate Alternative, for KWHY-22, The Business Channel in Los Angeles, and was a featured guest on many radio shows and on CNBC's daily national television Smart Money show.
